Satisfaction Guarantee Refund

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee from the time you receive your product. Please email us at info@bluehealercare.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase, so that we can resolve any problems.  Please follow the directions on the label to get the best results from the product or ask our advice. However, we stand behind our quality and we will refund your product's purchase price if you are not satisfied. We may waive the 30 day notice requirement based on your circumstances.  Our intention is to ensure your satisfaction.

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted by the financial institution.
